Job summary

B&D Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to collaborate with the Preconstruction Team and Project Management to optimize construction schedules, identify critical path activities, and develop and update project timelines for large, multi‑phase, and multi‑year programs.

The role emphasizes assessing how predecessors and successors influence tasks across trades and portfolios, with an eye toward on‑time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project scheduler or manager in a related industry.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• PMI-SP certification is a plus.
• CAPM certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Preconstruction Team to assemble project schedules for large newly awarded projects and provide a usable forecasting tool.
• Work with project management and field leaders to establish timelines on procurement, installations, and field labor across the schedule.
• Identify critical paths and facilitate timely planning for execution of these activities.
• Analyze job constraints and labor impact; advise on change order opportunities.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deadlines; prepare progress reports and field labor-loaded schedules.
• Participate in schedule reviews and identify process improvements.
