Job summary

B&D Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler to work with the Preconstruction Team and Project Management staff to develop and update construction schedules for large, multi-phase projects.

The role focuses on identifying critical paths, forecasting timelines, and communicating impacts from predecessors and trades. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and a solid understanding of the electrical construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project scheduler or manager in a related industry.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may substitute

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Preconstruction Team to assemble schedules for large projects.
• Gather data and establish timelines for material procurement and installations across a complete schedule.
• Identify critical paths and facilitate timely planning for execution of activities.
• Analyze project schedules for impacts and quantify time and monetary effects for change orders or cost reconciliation.
• Prepare project progress reports and assist with field labor-loaded schedules.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deadlines; identify and mitigate delays.
