Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Construction Scheduler to manage detailed schedules for data centre construction projects in the United States. You will use Primavera P6 to develop, maintain, and align schedules with project objectives, timelines, and procurement activities.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, review critical paths, generate reports, and support project controls to ensure on-time delivery. A PMI-SP/PMP certification and a relevant degree are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler, preferably in data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling principles, and critical path methodology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data centre construction processes and requirements is an advantage.
• Certification in project scheduling or project management (e.g., PMI-SP, PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules, ensuring all activities are accurately represented and logically sequenced.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address issues, and update schedules as needed.
• Analyze schedule performance and provide insights to project leadership for informed decision-making.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment across all project phases.
• Generate detailed reports and dashboards to communicate schedule status and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays to maintain project momentum.
