Job summary

CPG is seeking a Project Manager, Construction III in Tempe, AZ, to lead large-scale data center construction initiatives. You will oversee design, bidding, scheduling, budgeting, safety, commissioning, and close-out activities, coordinating with internal teams and clients to meet stringent requirements.

The role requires 5–7 years of construction management experience, preferably with data centers, CSA/MEP knowledge, and strong MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction/engineering fields required.
• 5–7 years of construction project management experience required.
• Datacenter experience preferred; CSA/MEP construction management is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive large-scale data center or mission-critical project construction.
• Develop and manage RFPs, proposals, budgeting, and schedules.
• Coordinate design phases, documents, and correspondence across teams.
• Monitor safety and manage on-site construction activities and commissioning.
• Oversee subcontractor bidding, buyout, contract awards, and vendor negotiations.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and cash-flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and customer requirements.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and escort hand-off of project documentation.
• Manage teams and provide leadership to Superintendents and Project Coordinators.
