Job summary

CPG in Alexandria, LA seeks a Project Manager, Construction I to lead data center construction initiatives from design through commissioning. The role requires coordinating design-build teams, budget oversight, and schedule management while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will drive RFPs, track milestones, prepare monthly reports, and ensure procurement timelines align with project needs. OSHA 30-hour preferred; US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Construction/Engineering/Architectural degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• Datacenter experience preferred.
• Experience in CSA and MEP construction management required.

Responsibilities

• RFP development, budgeting, and pre-bid oversight.
• Manage design phases and construction documents.
• Coordinate project meetings, milestones, and monthly reports.
• Oversee day-to-day office and field operations.
• Monitor plans for constructability and schedules; advise on issues.
• Develop and update detailed project schedules and procurement items.
• Coordinate with design-build contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Submit monthly project financial reporting and analyze cash-flow.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure data center spaces meet requirements and standards.
