Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Manager (various levels) for our Mission Critical Construction team on a hyperscale data center project in Council Hill, OK. You will supervise multiple medium- to large-sized projects, ensuring profitability, quality standards, and stakeholder relationships.

The Project Manager is expected to lead by example, follow company policies, and develop others while building high morale and commitment on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of extensive field and project construction management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead, teach, develop, and mentor others.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct the project in accordance with plans, schedule, specifications and standards.
• Lead subcontractors and field personnel on site.
• Manage project schedule, budget and staff with the Project Manager(s).
• Develop and maintain the project schedule utilizing scheduling software; prepare two‑week look‑ahead schedules.
• Assist with buyout and selection of major subcontractors.
• Recommend ways to reduce cost, improve schedule dates, decrease project scope and improve quality.
• Ensure project documents are accurate, timely and in compliance (e.g., closeout documents, submittals, daily logs).
• Review and enforce all contract terms and obligations.
• Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
