Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead field construction activities for data center developments, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with Owners, GC, subcontractors, and design teams across TI, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in complex construction, deep knowledge of MEP systems, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience managing commercial, industrial, mission‑critical, or large‑scale construction projects.
• Experience managing TI, renovation, adaptive reuse, or interior fit‑out projects is strongly preferred.
• Experience with data centers, mission‑critical facilities, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or other technically complex building projects is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of MEP, fire protection, and critical building systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, quality management systems, and construction best practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% based on project assignments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and related construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead field construction activities from pre‑construction to project closeout.
• Oversee TI, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects for data centers and mission‑critical facilities.
• Coordinate installation of structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Review contractor plans, schedules, logistics, and manpower allocations.
• Participate in pull planning and coordination meetings to optimize sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specs, and codes.
