Qualifications

• 8–12 years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Track construction milestones and early access requirements.
• Conduct weekly site visits to assess progress.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards.
• Monitor risks, delays, budgets, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
