Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 6+ years of experience running construction projects with contract values > $5M.
• Proficiency with scheduling, spreadsheets, cost control and project management software.
• Willingness to travel and work in varying climates.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and ASIs for coordination.
• Develop and update detailed construction schedules with the team.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor contracts, and payments.
• Ensure safety and quality per Incident and Injury Free culture.
