Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects. You will assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, budgeting, procurement, and reporting to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination, project controls, construction administration, or related experience.
• Experience supporting construction, technology infrastructure, telecommunications, mission‑critical, or data center projects preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the successful execution of data center construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs.
• Track project schedules and milestones using project management software.
• Maintain project budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and cost reports.
• Coordinate communication among owners, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, and consultants.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement activities, material tracking, and delivery schedules.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and action item logs.
• Support quality assurance, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and project procedures.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting documentation.
• Assist with risk tracking and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field
