Prime Data Centers is hiring a Data Center Construction Scheduler in Tolleson, AZ. You will develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules for large-scale data center projects, coordinating with contractors, engineers, architects, and PMs to align timelines with budgets and resources.

The role requires 5+ years in construction scheduling, with 2+ years on data center or mission-critical facilities, and familiarity with BIM/Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction scheduling, with 2+ years on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing, especially MEP-heavy environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with BIM, Procore, or related construction management tools.
• Scheduling certifications (PMI-SP or AACE PSP) are a plus.
• Competitive pay and performance bonus; $135k-$150k depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project managers to gather input and update timelines.
• Integrate procurement and permitting timelines into the master schedule.
• Analyze schedule impacts and propose mitigation strategies.
• Generate and distribute schedule reports including look-aheads and critical path analyses.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and align milestones across stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and flag schedule risks or delays early.
• Ensure schedules comply with contractual obligations and client expectations.
• Support earned value analysis and productivity tracking.
• Document final schedules and lessons learned at project closeout.
