Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Memphis is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management services for our clients in the construction sector. You will assist the Project Manager to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities include establishing effective governance, maintaining documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and preparing status updates and reports for monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Project Coordination or administrative role within the construction industry.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google productivity suites, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure project quality, on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Establish governance, processes and systems for the project.
• Maintain information sharing and data retention across the team.
• Build relationships with client and team members and interface with stakeholders.
• Attend meetings, update logs, and support monthly reporting.
• Develop detailed project plans and follow up on action items.
