You will work with a range of stakeholders, prepare reports and participate in status meetings. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in project controls or administration.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Help establish governance, processes and systems for projects.
• Maintain information sharing and data retention across the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and team members.
• Interface with executives, consultants and vendors as needed.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress at status meetings.
• Contribute to monthly client reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare proposals for new or expanded projects.
• Adhere to SOX controls where applicable.
