Job summary

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project and takeoff tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning through completion
• Manage budgets, forecasting, estimating, and change orders
• Develop schedules, labor plans, and resource strategies
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and financial performance
• Resolve constructability issues and project challenges
• Conduct project meetings, site visits, and status reporting
• Travel to regional jobsites as needed
