Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team in Columbus, OH seeks a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (Scheduler) to lead high-visibility data center projects and own scheduling strategies. This role requires 4–5 days on-site per week, close collaboration with clients, A&E pros, and contractors.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, risk and budget oversight, mentoring teams, and delivering schedule-driven outcomes using Primavera P6 and practical construction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or equivalent construction-related education.
• 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience preferred.
• 2+ years of scheduling for critical environment projects (data centers, etc.).
• Experience in ground-up, vertical construction scheduling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full scope of projects while managing components of others.
• Mentor teams and manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery planning.
• Align project outcomes with client vision as a trusted partner.
