Job summary

MGAC in Buffalo, WV is looking for a Mid to Senior Construction Scheduler to lead Critical Environments projects, including data centers and hospitals. The role requires 2+ years of scheduling experience and a solid understanding of construction processes.

You will independently manage project scope, schedule, and budget, mentor teams, and drive risk management, contingency planning, and schedule recovery while partnering with clients to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• Strong understanding of building design and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while coordinating with other projects.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery.
