Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Mid to Senior Construction Project Manager for its Critical Environments team in Buffalo, WV. This role requires 4–5 days onsite and focuses on leading complex data center and hospital projects from design through completion.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, mentor teams, and drive risk management while maintaining a strong client relationship. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with an understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelors, Associates, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, PM-focused, and seeking a modern and energetic business.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while overseeing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
• Ensure invoicing, collection, and identify add-services opportunities.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E, contractors/GCs, vendors, and teams.
• Anticipate risks, resolve conflicts, and conduct requirements gathering.
