Job summary

MGAC's Critical Environments team leads data center and hospital construction with deep industry expertise. As Project Manager, you will independently drive the full scope of projects, guiding owners through complex decisions and maintaining progress on schedule and budget.

This role requires 3+ years of construction PM experience, cost management, and hands-on leadership in ground-up projects. On-site presence in Franklin Furnace, OH is expected 4-5 days per week, with a culture focused on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience in construction cost management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects and components.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management and contingency planning and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain the client vision as a trusted partner.
