MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Junior Project Manager (Cost) in Ashburn, VA, to oversee cost management on critical data center projects. The role emphasizes leading full scope projects, mentoring teams, and maintaining alignment with client goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction project management, 2+ years on data center or critical environment builds, and MEП coordination experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
