Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager (Junior to Mid) to lead high-visibility data center projects in Raleigh, NC. Role requires 3+ years in construction PM, with ground-up MEP expertise and a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience.

Expect heavy onsite involvement and collaboration with owners, A&E, GC teams, and vendors. You will drive schedule, budget, and risk management while mentoring teams and ensuring the client’s vision is realized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience with data centers, labs, or hospitals preferred.
• MEP knowledge in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and multiple components.
• Mentor and lead project teams on schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and recovery efforts.
• Align project outcomes with client vision and objectives.
