Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Cost) to lead critical environments projects in Franklin Furnace, Ohio. The role requires ownership of complex data center construction programs, strong budgeting, scheduling, and client communication skills.

Expect 3+ years in construction PM, experience with ME P in ground-up builds, and a track record of mentoring teams. Approximately 5 days onsite, with opportunities to advance in a global boutique consultancy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management with understanding of building design and construction processes.
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client confidence as a trusted partner.
