Job summary

MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager (Junior to Mid) to lead critical environments projects in New Albany, OH and nearby areas. The role requires onsite work 4–5 days per week and close collaboration with owners, A/E professionals, and contractors.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and risk management while guiding clients’ visions and ensuring project success across data centers, labs, and hospitals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelor's or 2+ years equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline? (interpreted as degrees above)
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the clients vision as a trusted partner.
