Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (Cost) in Franklin, Ohio. The role requires 3+ years in construction PM and 2+ years in critical environment projects, with strong MEP and communication skills.

You will lead complex data center projects, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and build trusted client relationships. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering high-visibility projects in a boutique consultancy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while coordinating components.
• Mentor and lead teams, manage schedule, scope and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain the client's vision as a trusted partner.
• Identify add-services opportunities and drive value.
