MGAC, a global boutique consultancy, is seeking a Data Center Construction - Construction Project Manager in Columbus, OH. You will lead critical environment projects, mentor teams, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in data-center-style environments, and strong MEP experience. This role emphasizes ownership, client collaboration, and career growth within MGAC’s growing Critical Environments team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambitious, construction and project management-focused, and seeking a modern and energetic business that will empower you to grow your career.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the clients vision as a trusted partner.
