Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager to lead critical environments projects in Franklin, OH. The role involves ownership of project scope, schedule, and budget, with mentorship of teams and proactive risk management.

On-site presence is required 3-4 days as per client needs. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in critical environment projects, and MEPT experience in ground-up builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction PM experience.
• 2+ years leading critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors and teams.
