Job summary

The Boldt Company is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager II for data center construction in Waukesha, WI. You will lead mission-critical projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with on-site teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

You will manage schedules, budgets, client communications, and safety standards while guiding cross-functional teams in a 24/7, zero-downtime environment. Regional travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree.
• Four to seven years of construction experience, including mission critical projects.
• Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods; field-to-plan translation.
• Clear, effective communicator with craft professionals, leadership, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communications on site.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and project teams to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Protect uptime, mitigate risk, and ensure zero-defect turnover in alignment with safety and performance goals.
