Job summary

The Boldt Company in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support data center and healthcare construction projects. You will work with Project Managers and field teams to drive execution from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating RFIs, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
• Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
• Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
• Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management
