Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Junior to Mid Project Manager in New Albany, OH to join our Critical Environments team. You will lead high-visibility data center projects, manage schedule, scope, and budget, and collaborate with owners, A&E professionals, and contractors.

The role requires 3+ years in construction project management, experience with critical environments, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while simultaneously managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the clients vision as a trusted partner.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and other teams.
