Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction- Junior to Mid Project Manager to join its Critical Environments team in Columbus, OH. The role requires 3–4 days per week onsite and focuses on managing data center and hospital construction projects from design through completion.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction project management, experience with critical environments, and strong MEP knowledge. The position offers growth within a boutique consultancy known for its client-focused

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ambitious and growth-focused in a modern, energetic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope and components of other projects.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Ensure client vision is achieved as a trusted partner.
• Identify add-services opportunities and support invoicing and collections.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and teams.
