Job summary

MGAC seeks a Project Manager for data center construction in New Albany, OH. You will independently manage full project scope, mentor teams, and drive schedule and budget while maintaining client vision.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in construction PM, experience with data centers, and MEP in ground-up builds. This role is primarily onsite with travel between New Albany and Trenton, OH.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience and understanding of building design/construction processes.
• Bachelor, Associate, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years in managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management and contingency planning.
• Maintain client vision as a trusted partner.
