Job summary

MGAC in Franklin Furnace, OH is seeking a Data Center Construction- Junior to Mid Project Manager (Cost) to lead critical environments projects. You will independently manage full scope, control schedule and budget, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced boutique consultancy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s/Associate degree or equivalent in a construction discipline.
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading critical environments (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full project scope, while supporting multiple components.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and budget recovery.
• Collaborate with clients, A&E pros, contractors, and vendors to meet goals.
