Job summary

Rosendin Electric in Amarillo, TX seeks a Project Manager I to oversee projects from planning through completion and ensure client satisfaction with exceptional service. This mid-level PM role provides support for several small to medium projects or one large project under senior PM guidance.

You will plan, organize, and supervise project activities, manage estimates, and keep the project within schedule and budget. A strong foundation in construction management and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry in a Project Management role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Accubid and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.
• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, and resolving problem areas.
• Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact, assess scope, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.
• Prepare a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget.
