Job summary

MGAC's Critical Environments team in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Electrical) to lead complex data-center projects on site. This role requires 4–5 days on site per week and deep experience in building design and construction processes.

You will independently manage the full project scope, mentor teams, oversee schedule and budget, lead risk management, and pursue add-services opportunities while maintaining strong client partnerships and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's, Associate, or equivalent in construction discipline.
• 5+ years managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects while managing components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Achieve and maintain the clients vision as a trusted partner.
• Identify and secure add-services opportunities.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and other teams.
