Job summary

Ascendion is hiring a Data Center Construction Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee on-site construction execution as the owner's representative. You will drive safe, schedule-aligned delivery and commissioning, coordinating with GC, trades, and the commissioning agent.

Responsibilities include daily field oversight, look-ahead planning, risk mitigation, RFI/submittal reviews, installation verification, and maintaining standardized reporting.

• Schedule health support: look-ahead planning, critical-path risk identification, mitigation actions
• Contractor coordination: GC + trades + commissioning agent alignment (work sequencing, readiness)
• Technical workflow support: RFI/submittal/MOP/work plan review support for completeness + compliance
• Commissioning readiness enablement: installation verification, deficiency tracking, IST readiness inputs

• Standardized field reporting package: daily reports, photo logs, progress notes, issue/escalation documentation Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $135000k - $160000k annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
