NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring they meet project specs, standards, and quality expectations.

You will provide field-based oversight of safety, quality, schedule, and commissioning across major data center projects, supporting the onsite Project Manager and coordinating with General Contractors and subcontractors. Qualifications

• This position requires work to be done onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device.
• A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.
• Hourly base salary for this position is $118,300 - $169,000 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance to local state and federal Wage and Hour requirements.
• All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of safety, quality, schedule, and commissioning activities on site.
• Provide field-based leadership for Major Capital data center projects exceeding $100 million in scope.
• Identify and document safety and quality findings and drive corrective actions to deliver quality on schedule.
