Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years building and managing complex MEP systems in data-center style environments.
• 4+ years managing general contractors, vendors, and RFP processes on construction projects.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction project management for new builds or capital projects, owning scope, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Negotiate bids and evaluate proposals with accuracy and detail.
• Manage construction documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Drive cost, schedule, and quality while improving resiliency of data centers.
