• Oversee construction management and on-site activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Networking, Controls, Security and Commissioning.
• Lead discipline teams in construction management, building services, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Represent the owner's perspective on construction sites daily with trades.
• Drive cost, schedule, and quality while managing contractors and vendors.
• Manage documents, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and hand-offs.
• Analyze construction progress and financials; report metrics to team.
