You will coordinate with general contractors, conduct bid analyses, and drive construction excellence for AWS data centers. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of construction management experience, with proficiency in MS Excel/Word and Windows OS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of construction management of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plants experience.
• Experience in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct interface with construction general contractors during bidding, award, execution, and closeout phases.
• Negotiate with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals with detail and accuracy.
• Create construction project scope and request for proposals.
• Perform financial analysis of construction.
• Manage construction projects to increase data center resiliency.
• Review constructability of electrical and mechanical designs.
