Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Construction, Data Center Construction in New Carlisle, Indiana to lead the end‑to‑end construction of data centers. You will own scope, schedule, cost, and quality, coordinating with operations, networking, controls, and security to deliver reliable facilities.

You will lead construction teams, manage contractors, and drive continuous improvement in project execution, safety, and operational readiness across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 4+ years of construction and project execution experience with general contractors and vendors.
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing high‑performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, quality, schedule, and budget for new builds or capital projects.
• Oversee construction activities and coordinate with Operations, Networking, Controls, Security, and Commissioning.
• Represent Amazon on construction sites and manage multiple data center sites from start to hand‑off.
• Develop SOWs and RFPs; negotiate with general contractors and evaluate bids.
