Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience, with local industrial warehouse exposure preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow existing client relationships.
• Experience managing preconstruction services and subcontractor networks.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; capable of leading meetings at all levels.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain professionalism across teams.

Responsibilities
