Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee scopes, budgets, and contracts for hyperscale data center projects. The role requires 4+ years of PM experience and direct engagement with Owners, Architects, and construction partners onsite.

You will manage scheduling, risk, and quality, lead meetings, and ensure safety and compliance, with some in-person collaboration and flexible arrangements to support work/life needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers is highly desirable.
• Thorough and complete knowledge of the construction process and management techniques, methods, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare scopes, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications.
• Administer Construction Contracts from inception to closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, sequencing, permits, and project closeout with officials.
• Lead and document project meetings with Owners, Architects, and CMs.
