Job summary

Owner/Developer is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead nationwide data center projects from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover. This owner-side role collaborates closely with the General Contractor, design teams, consultants and commissioning agents.

You will own project delivery, manage schedule and budget, and ensure safety, quality and alignment with the Owner's requirements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction/project management.
• Strong data center or mission-critical experience.
• Experience with General Contractor or Owner/Developer roles.
• Delivery of complex projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Excellent understanding of MEP, critical power and cooling.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, change management and contractor performance.
• Solid grasp of construction processes and GC oversight.
• Experience collaborating with owners, developers, design teams and commissioning agents.
• Ability to lead meetings and report to ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead owner-side delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover.
• Oversee GC and major project stakeholders.
• Manage schedule, budget, forecasting, cost reporting and change control.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants and commissioning agents.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and overall performance.
• Oversee critical infrastructure including electrical, cooling, MEP and commissioning.
• Review contractor programs, schedules, budgets and changes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead meetings and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Ensure alignment with Owner's requirements and handover readiness.
