Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a Construction Manager for our Rino location to lead construction projects from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring requirements and specifications are met while maintaining schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a background in data center construction or related fields, with PMP/CCM certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, General Contractor, Contractor, Superintendent, or similar role, preferably with data center construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling software, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to fostering inclusive team environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress regularly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on all job sites.
• Lead and mentor construction teams, promoting professional development and fostering inclusion.
• Manage procurement of materials and services needed for projects.
• Identify and resolve project issues and delays proactively.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
