L.F. Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to support a data center construction project in Columbus, Ohio.

You will oversee field coordination, quality control, and day-to-day supervision of subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution. Responsibilities include preparing schedules, tracking progress, reviewing status with the Project Manager and client representatives, enforcing safety standards, and coordinating

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field experience.
• Data center experience preferred.
• Some supervisory responsibility as General Foreman/Field Engineer/Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communications, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the project schedule and maintain accurate status reports.
• Oversee timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontractors.
• Review project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives; coordinate on large multi-superintendent projects.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure tools and equipment are operated safely.
• Analyze manpower, material and equipment needs and interface with supervising superintendent.
• Implement and enforce field management policies, procedures and related work rules.
