Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an Assistant Project Manager who will partner with the Project Manager from bid preparation through final client acceptance. Lead, coach, and mentor project team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include cost control, financial management, drafting client proposals, contract administration, and guiding field staff. Travel up to 100% may be required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction/engineering field.
• Minimum five years of related previous experience.
• Current driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
