Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead a data center build in Martindale, TX. You will coordinate with developers, construction managers, design consultants, contractors, and operations teams from design through handover.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction project management, including mission-critical or data center projects, and strong knowledge of data center systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience, including mission-critical or data center projects.
• Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Knowledge of data center electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
• Data center experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the data center construction project from design through operational handover.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, contracts, risks, quality, and change management.
• Coordinate stakeholders to align project objectives, technical requirements, and construction activities.
• Oversee procurement, contractor performance, and construction execution.
• Support design reviews, value engineering, and compliance with project standards and applicable codes.
• Coordinate commissioning activities, project closeout, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress, budget, risks, and key milestones to project leadership.
• Foster collaboration among project teams to ensure successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.
