Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an Expert Level Project Lead for a fully onsite contract role in Pataskala, OH. You will drive project planning, coordination with vendors and cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are met for data center construction and upgrades.

Responsibilities include coordinating across partners, forecasting budgets, and leading safety and quality assurance efforts on site. The role emphasizes right-first-time delivery and strong vendor management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading installations to design documents and specifications.
• Data center development and/or construction management experience.
• Experience with Primavera 6.
• Experience managing IT or IP Network deployment projects in critical environments.
• Experience leading deployments of Network/Structure cabling infrastructure.
• Experience with fiber optic testing at scale and complex troubleshooting.
• Experience with outside plant cabling (OSP) deployments including OTDR/OLTS testing.
• Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including progressive inspections.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Control: create, maintain and report on site project scope, schedules and milestones.
• Collaborate with site project management through lifecycle from plan to closeout.
• Review ongoing projects for schedule and budget efficiencies.
