Job summary

Vision Technologies, Inc. seeks a Foreman to manage all phases of Datacenter installation projects in the OH region. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction across all stages.

You will own the process from receipt of engineering work packages to final delivery and documentation, coordinate field teams, ensure safety, precision, and timely reporting. Willingness to travel is preferred and essential for project success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BICSI certifications preferred.
• Ability to drive company vehicle throughout the day.
• Background check and driver’s license check required.
• Able to lift various items and stand for long periods; ladders climb required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Datacenter installation projects.
• Demonstrate leadership and strategic thinking.
• Own from receipt of engineering work package to project completion and final documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and deliver projects per customer expectations.
