QTS Data Centers is seeking a Commissioning Engineer II to lead Level 1–5 commissioning of base building, security, life safety, and critical data center systems across multiple sites. The role includes project management duties and coordinating with third-party agents, with travel up to 75% to other sites in the U.S.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of data center experience, with strong MS Office skills and ability to review and create detailed commissioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with construction/commissioning processes and data center environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site construction activities and installations.
• Develop commissioning plans for multiple system levels.
• Conduct thorough commissioning and validate operation of systems.
• Create and review commissioning documentation and SOPs.
• Provide training to end-users and maintenance personnel.
