CDM Smith is actively seeking an Industrial Client Service Leader to grow our national data center market presence. You will drive business development, win work, and cultivate strong client relationships across multiple major centers in the United States.

The role requires proven ability to identify opportunities, lead proposals, and collaborate with senior project managers and specialists to deliver high‑quality projects while expanding market share.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Lead business development and client engagement for multiple major data center clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high value relationships with data center clients.
